Jackie Daugherty nee Britton of Bourbon, MO was born on Thursday, April 10, 1952 in Rolla, MO to Jack E. Britton and Anna Mae Wilson Britton. She passed away at her home on Friday, October 19, 2018 at the age of 66 years, 6 months, and 9 days.
Jackie married Kenneth E. Daugherty on February 26, 1994 in Bourbon, MO. She worked all of her adult life as a CNA in Briarwood then Cuba Manor and most recently at Veterans Home in St. James, MO. She enjoyed playing Bingo and loved spending time with her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; infant sister Connie Britton; infant brothers Eugene and Gerald Britton; brother-in-law Richard Daugherty and sister-in-law Mary Lou Daugherty.
She is survived by her husband Kenneth E. Daugherty of Bourbon, MO; daughter Delia (Dan Ham) Morice of Bourbon, MO; son Richard (Crystal) Loughridge of Sullivan, MO, stepdaughter Barb (Rusty) LaPlant of Bourbon, MO; stepson Patrick (Juanita) Daugherty of Bourbon, MO; sisters Betty (Robert) Herberter and Janet (Gary) Brakefield of Cuba, MO; brothers Gary Britton, and Mike Britton all of Cuba, MO; sister-in-law Mary Ann Daugherty of Bourbon, MO; brothers-in-law Gary Daugherty, Clifford (Patti Atkins) Daugherty, and Carl (Sue) Daugherty all of Bourbon, MO; 15 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was from 5-7 p.m. on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at Hutson Funeral Home, Cuba, MO. Funeral Services were at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at Hutson Funeral Home, Cuba, MO with Pastor Dan Morrison officiating. Burial at Hill Cemetery, Bourbon, MO.
