Georgia Mae Dalen
Georgia Mae Dalen nee Coffman of Cuba, MO was born on Wednesday, February 4, 1953 in Steelville, MO to George Coffman and Flora M. Wilkinson Coffman. She passed away at Mercy Hospital, St. Louis, MO on Monday, April 8, 2019 at the age of 66 years, 2 months, and 4 days.
Georgia married Tomas E. Dalen on June 19, 1996 in Steelville, MO. She began working in February, 2009 as a caregiver for the Attending Angels of St. Clair, MO. She attended First Assembly of God Church in Steelville, MO. She adored her pet dog, Daisy. Georgia was very active and enjoyed working in her yard also, with her flowers. She was very loving and spoiled her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents George and Flora Coffman; sisters Delores Coffman and Wilma Zachritz.
She is survived by her husband Tomas E. Dalen of Cuba, MO; daughter Lynn Green of Leasburg, MO, sisters Ellen (Howard) Buskirk of St. Louis, MO and Wanda Swyers of Steelville, MO; brother Bill (Marsha) Coffman of Sullivan, MO; granddaughter Raelynn Brooks of Leasburg, MO and grandson Ian Boyet of Cuba, MO; brother-in-law Sheldon Zachritz of Cuba, MO; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at Hutson Funeral Home, Cuba, MO. Funeral Service at 12 p.m. on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at Hutson Funeral Home, Cuba, MO with Pastor Jerry Beers officiating. Burial at Meramec Hills Cemetery, Cuba, MO with pallbearers Tommy Swyers, Nathaniel Swyers, Ian Boyet, Tony, Brett, and Brendan Snodgrass.
