A one-of-a-kind program educating Crawford County Jail residents and preparing them to find gainful employment upon their release helped the county become a certified Work Ready Community.
The Sullivan Police Department made 13 arrests for the week of June 11 through June 17 in the City of Sullivan.
This week’s arrests were:
Two Sullivan teens are recovering from serious injuries following a single vehicle accident June 11 on Elmont Road, three miles northwest of Sullivan.
An Owensville woman had minor injuries June 21 after a crash on Highway C.
A Nashville, Tenn., man drowned in the Meramec River Saturday afternoon, June 16, after he was swimming off a bluff along the river three miles upstream from the confluence of the Huzzah River.
