The Sullivan Police Department made nine arrests for the week of August 13 through August 19 in the City of Sullivan.
This week’s arrests were:
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said a Cuba woman had moderate injuries Sunday after her vehicle was struck by a train one mile west of Cuba.
The death of Sullivan resident Paul Eldridge, 55, found in overgrown property Aug. 5, has been determined to be non-suspicious and police do not suspect foul play.
Three people have been charged with the burglary of a Bourbon residence and the subsequent theft of more than $27,000 worth of items.
Perhaps bolstered by the highly-publicized Proposition A, voter turnout in Crawford County exceeded the state average Tuesday.
