Trusted Property Management Acquired By HD Real Estate

A Sullivan company with some 22 years in business, Trusted Property Management, has been acquired by Sullivan Chamber of Commerce New Business of the Year for 2019, HD Real Estate, 105 Progress Dr., Sullivan.

The announcement on the transaction was made via TPM Facebook page and shared through HD Real Estate page Sunday, March 1. 

According to the news release, TPM stated, “Trusted Property Management will soon be partnering with Sullivan’s fastest-growing property-sales company, HD Real Estate. With this merger, the physical location of the combined-company office will now be, 105 Progress Drive, Sullivan. Our policies and procedures, all personnel and serviceman, all phone numbers and contacts will remain the same. TPM is looking forward too providing you with the same exceptional management, including prompt maintenance service, as well as maintaining a safe and enjoyable place to live.”

Danica Landwehr and Hayden Lock, co-owners of HD Real Estate, stated, “Excited for this new opportunity as we have acquired Trusted Property Management! The past few months we have worked with Tony and Annie Wessler to make this a smooth transition. The rest of their great staff, will continue to stay on with the company as we continue to grow and provide the best service possible.”

Trusted Property Management has evolved through the years and began as a couple smaller companies working out of the former back office of the Whistle Stop, 5 Selby St. before turning into Trusted Property Management some nine years ago and relocating to 9 Maple St.

According to Lock and Landwehr, the acquisition just made perfect sense as another way to grow the business they began a few years ago.

The transition is expected to go smooth as the offices of TPM will relocate to 105 Progress Drive during the month of March.
