Sullivan Woman Seriously Injured In Accident
A Sullivan woman has serious injuries after being ejected from her vehicle late Tuesday night on the North Outer Road.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said Susan Graddy, 36, swerved to miss an animal in a 2001 Izuzu Rodeo and drove off the right side of the roadway at 8:30 p.m. Graddy over-corrected, drove off the left side of the road and overturned.
Graddy was not wearing a seat belt. She was airlifted to a St. Louis hospital.
Allen Graddy, 29, Cuba, was a passenger in the vehicle and had minor injuries. The highway patrol said he was not wearing a seat belt.
The vehicle received total damage.
