Sullivan Police Dept. Weekly Arrest Report
The Sullivan Police Department made eight arrests for the week of April 29 through May 5 in the City of Sullivan.
This week’s arrests were:
May 1: Margaret I. Jordan, 28, Cuba, was arrested on two Sullivan warrants for failure to appear in court on the original charges of two counts of trespassing, bond $300 total. Jordan was held in the Sullivan Jail.
May 2: James C. Sanders, 44, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while suspended, bond $100. Sanders was held and released on bond.
May 2: Ashley M. Mercer, 29, was arrested for alleged second degree burglary. Mercer was held in the Sullivan Jail.
May 2: Jesse D. Campbell, 23, was arrested for alleged second degree burglary. Campbell was held in the Sullivan Jail.
May 4: Jordan E. Smith, 19, Union, was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of expired license plate, bond $95.50 and a Sullivan Police charge for alleged possession of marijuana. Smith was held in the Sullivan Jail.
May 5: Kaylee B. Layton, 27, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged driving while suspended. Layton was held at Sullivan Jail.
May 5: Jeffery S. Smith, 40, Sullivan, was arrested on Crawford County warrants for alleged sexual misconduct and first degree stealing, bond $1,750. Smith was held in the Sullivan Jail.
May 6: Donald E. Davis II, 41, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Davis was held in the Sullivan Jail.
