Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made 20 arrests for the week of August 5 through August 11 in the City of Sullivan.

This week’s arrests were:

Aug. 5: Nathaniel T. Boswell, 27, was arrested for alleged felony resisting arrest and possession of a controlled substance. Boswell was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 5: Juanita E. Thurmond, 30, was arrested for alleged shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 350 Park Ridge Drive, and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Thurmond was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 5: Thomas G. Copling, 46, was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no valid license, bond $400. Copling was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 5: Meghan S. Mills, 21, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mills was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 6: John Paul Burke, 23, was arrested on Franklin County warrants for alleged traffic violations and possession and distribution of a controlled substance.

Aug. 6: Timothy J. Cardoni, 49, was arrested for alleged possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of a court order and resting arrest. 

Cardoni was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 6: James D. Kuhl, 32, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged trespassing and disorderly conduct at Super 8. Kuhl was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 7: Jeffrey A. Minor, 28, St. Peters, was arrested on Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving under the influence of drugs, bond $500. Minor was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 7: Alyssa D. Rebert, 22, was arrested for alleged possession of heroin and possession of a controlled substance in a jail. 

Rebert was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 7: Courtney E. Shipley, 24, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of possession of marijuana. Shipley was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 7: Billy J. Beasley, 42, was arrested for alleged stealing of a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia. Beasley was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 7: James M. Owens, 40, was arrested for alleged possession of a stolen vehicle, Owens was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 7: Johnathan M. Bridgeman, 25, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charges of fail to keep right, bond $200. Bridgeman was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 7: Bobby R. Downey, 26, was arrested for alleged shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 350 Park Ridge Drive. Downey was held in the Sullivan Jail and released on a court summons.

Aug. 8: Jaye M. O’Dell, 31, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no insurance and failure to register a motor vehicle, St. Louis County warrants for two counts of dangerous drugs and two Sullivan charges for alleged possession of a controlled substance and stealing from Wal-Mart, 350 Park Ridge Drive. 

O’Dell was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 9: Tina M. Graves, 47, was arrested for alleged misuse of 911 system. Graves was held in the Sullivan Jail and released on a court summons.

Aug. 10: Kellsey J. Strehl, 18, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of failure to register a motor vehicle, bond $73. Strehl was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 10: Lydia A. Vilkanskas, 38, was arrested for shoplifting at Wal-Mart. Vilkanskas was held and released on a court summons.

Aug. 11: Mary K. Froeschner, 45, St. Louis. was arrested for alleged shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 350 Park Ridge Drive. Froeschner was held in the Sullivan Jail and released on a court summons.

Aug. 11: Matthew T. Hunt, 23, St. Clair, was arrested for alleged shoplifting at Wal-Mart. Hunt was held in the Sullivan Jail and released on a court summons.
