Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made 17 arrests for the week of July 29 through August 4 in the City of Sullivan.

This week’s arrests were:

July 29: Raju Singh, 46, California, was arrested on a warrant from Oklahoma for driving under the inference of drugs, bond $10,000. Singh was held in the Sullivan Jail on the warrant and detox.

July 29: Erica J. Hudson, 42, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no insurance, bond $200. Hudson was held in the Sullivan Jail.

July 29: Rhiannon N. Douglas, 33, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Douglas was released.

July 30: Karl K. McElroy, 48, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance. McElroy was held and released.

July 30: Aubrey K. Rable, 27, Springfield, was arrested for alleged stealing in the fourth degree and trespassing at Sullivan Wal-Mart, 350 Park Ridge Drive. Rable was also found to be allegedly in the possession of a controlled substance. 

Rable was held in the Sullivan Jail.

July 31: Susan K. Heady, 54, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of resisting/interfering with an arrest, bond $30,000. Heady was held in the Sullivan Jail.

July 31: Teresa D. Fleger, 41, was arrested on two Franklin County warrants for alleged drugs. Fleger was held in the Sullivan Jail.

July 31: Lance H. Branson, 44, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while suspended, bond $100. Branson was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 1: Richard A. Blankenship, 38, Bourbon, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of non-support, bond $15,000. Blankenship was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 1: Robert J. Kellar, 63, Steelville, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while intoxicated, bond $500. Kellar was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 1: Christina M. Quiroz, 33, was arrested on a a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting, bond $197.50 and was issued a summons for alleged driving while suspended. Quiroz was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 1: Brandon A. Lawson, 35, was arrested for driving while revoked and no proof of insurance, Lawnson was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 2: Amber L. Burt, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance, two counts and transported to Sullivan Jail. Burt was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 2: Jacob M. Johnson, 31, was arrested on a St. James warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while suspended, bond $100.

 Johnson was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 2: Brian K. Cliver, 26, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while intoxicated, bod $850.80 and warrants from Crawford and Franklin County’s not listed. Cliver was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 2: Richard L. Loughridge, 44, was arrested on two Sullivan warrants for failure to appear in court on the original charges of driving while suspended. Loughridge was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 3: Maddison C. Kramer, 19, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of assault. Kramer was held on the Sullivan Jail on $7,500 bond.
