Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report
The Sullivan Police Department made 17 arrests for the week of July 8 through July 14 in the City of Sullivan.
This week’s arrests were:
July 9: Rachel R. Farmer, 21, Steelville, was arrested for alleged possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Farmer was held in the Sullivan Jail and released on two court summons.
July 9: Gary Sampson, 33, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for failure to appear in court and held on $250 bond in the Sullivan Jail.
July 9: Lex Longenecker, 21, was arrested on a probation and parole warrant. Longenecker was held in the Sullivan Jail.
July 11: Joshua D. Ackerman, 40, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged domestic assault. Ackerman was held in the Sullivan Jail.
July 11: Peggy L. Sides, 37, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged domestic assault in the third degree. Sides was held in the Sullivan Jail.
July 11: Lydia A. Vilkanskas, 38, was arrested on a probation violation warrant and for alleged possession of a stolen vehicle. Vilkanskas was held in the Sullivan Jail.
July 12: Dustin R. Schmidt, 37, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in curt on the original charge of resisting arrest, bond $500 and Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of possession of amphetamine, bond $60,000. Schmidt was held in the Sullivan Jail.
July 12: Richard L. Rector Jr., 32, was arrested for driving without a motorcycle endorsement, no insurance and displaying the plates of another. Rector was held in the Sullivan Jail.
July 12: Anthony G. Ruble, 51, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for insufficient funds, bond $150.50. Ruble was held in the Sullivan Jail.
July 12: Cody Branson, 30, was arrested for alleged driving while suspended. Branson was held in the Sullivan Jail.
July 13: Christopher Weber, 30, was arrested for alleged possession of drug paraphernalia. Weber was released on a court summons.
July 13: Tyler J. Dillon, 22, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for speeding, bond $225. Dillon was held in the Sullivan Jail.
July 13: Nathaniel T. Boswell, 27, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for stealing, bond $517.50, Franklin County warrant for stealing, bond $500 and a Sullivan charge for alleged possession of a controlled substance. Boswell was held in the Sullivan Jail.
July 13: Keith A. Shingle, 53, was arrested on a Phelps County warrant for property damage and possession of drug paraphernalia, bond $1,000. Shingle was held in the Sullivan Jail.
July 14: Rebecca J. Guyton, 34, was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to register a motor vehicle. Guyton was held and released on a court summons.
July 14: Kaleb M. Coleman, 20, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for assault, bond $200: St. James warrant doe no proof of insurance, bond $129 and Rolla Police warrant for stealing, bond $1,000. Coleman was held in the Sullivan Jail.
July 15: Halley L. Kulaga, 23, Leasburg, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kulaga was held in the Sullivan Jail.
