Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made 10 arrests for the week of May 20 through May 24 in the City of Sullivan.

This week’s arrests were:

May 20: Angel L. Xiong, 40, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no insurance, no valid license and no registration. 

Xiong was held in the Sullivan Jail.

May 21: Theodore B. Pachnik, 28, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance and traffic violations. Pachnik was held in the Sullivan Jail.

May 21: Gabriella M. Evans, 26, Sullivan, was arrested for allegedly driving while intoxicated. 

Evans was held in the Sullivan Jail and released on a court summons.

May 22: George O. Dunham, 54, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged possession of marijuana. Dunham was held in the Sullivan Jail and arrested on a court summons.

May 22: Sarah L. Rowden, 37, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Rowden was held in the Sullivan Jail and released on a court summons.

May 23: Timothy R. Gower, 36, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charges of possession of marijuana, Pacific Police Department warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia, bond $100, and Sullivan charges for alleged possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. 

Gower was held in the Sullivan Jail.

May 23: Sandy L. Martinez, 26, Sullivan, was arrested on five outstanding traffic warrants from Franklin County. Martinez was held in the Sullivan Jail.

May 24: Cynthia A. Davidson, 58, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no insurance, bond $305. Davidson was held in the Sullivan Jail and released on bond..

May 24: Donald A. McClearn, 52, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for probation violation, no bond, St. Clair warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while revoked, bond $325 and a Crawford County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no valid license, bond $50. McClearn was held in the Sullivan Jail.

May 24: Christopher E. Ruth, 19, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no insurance and no license, bond $415 and a Crawford County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge possession of marijuana, bond $100. 

Ruth was held in the Sullivan Jail.
