Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made 18 arrests for the week of April 15 through April 21 in the City of Sullivan.

This week’s arrests were:

Apr. 16: Gary D. Sampson, Jr., 33, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged stealing. Sampson was held in the Sullivan Jail and later released pending further charges.

Apr. 16: Gary T. Pennington, 33, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged driving while revoked. Pennington was held in the Sullivan Jail and released on a court summons.

Apr. 16: Christopher T. Erxleben, 40, Beaufort, was arrested on the charges of alleged stealing, driving while revoked and possession of drug paraphernalia. Erxleben was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 16: Brittany L. Lowe, 20, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance. Lowe was held at the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 16: Gary D. Sampson, Jr., 33, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged driving while revoked. Sampson was held and released on a court summons.

Apr. 17: James M. Hendrickson, Jr., 39, Robertsville, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while revoked, bond $100 and a Pacific Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while revoked, bond $221.50. Hendrickson was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 17: Thomas J. Evans, 26, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for alleged burglary. Evans was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 18: Larry W. Stevens, 23, St. Clair, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for alleged shoplifting. Stevens was held and released on $100 bond.

Apr. 18: Millard L. Arbogast, 46, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged delivery and possession of a controlled substance. Arbogast was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 18: Mark B. Portell, 40, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged delivery and possession of a controlled substance. Portell was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 19: Oscar E. Grisham, Jr., 29, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Grisham was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 19: Joan M. Wilson, 40, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged receiving stolen property, no proof of insurance, failure to register a motor vehicle and expired license plates. Wilson was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 20: Deondry L. Howell, 30, was arrested on a Sullivan warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of possession of marijuana, bond $200. Howell was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 20: Brannon E. Fahrenkamp, 37, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged property damage in the first degree. Fahrenkamp was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 20: Lance Branson, 34, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of leaving without paying for fuel, bond $48.72. Branson was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 20: Richey Hall, 38, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting, bond $222.50. Hall was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 20: Christopher Hollingshead, 36, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of stealing, bond $250. Hollingshead was held at the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 21: Christopher M. Walther, 32, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Walther was held in the Sullivan Jail.
