Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made 16 arrests for the week of April 8 through April 14 in the City of Sullivan.

This week’s arrests were:

Apr. 8: Deonte T. Martin, 23, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting, bond $97.50. Martin was held in the Sullivan Jail and later released on bond.

Apr. 8: Jessica R. Lahmann, 34, Sullivan, was arrested on four Franklin County warrants for failure to appear in court on the charges of violating a child restraint, bond $1,075; failure to register a motor vehicle, bond $500; no insurance, bond $1,000 and careless driving, bond $500 along with Sullivan charges for alleged possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Lahmann was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 8: Andrew D. Cross, 30, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of possession of marijuana, bond $200 and Franklin County warrant for non support, bond $15,000. Cross was held at the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 8: Justine E. Stockton, 34, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of resisting arrest, bond $500. Stockton was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 8: Briann M. Sears, 32, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no insurance, bond $250. Sears was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 8: Daniel P. Gruett, 28, Bourbon, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge failure to maintain insurance, bond $500. Gruett was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 8: Kaylee B. Layton, 27, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to maintain financial responsibility, bond $200. Layton was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 9: Owen M. Mack, 19, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of possession of marijuana. Mack was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 9: Jason L. Hinkle, 42, Cedar Hill, was arrested for alleged assault in the third degree and domestic assault. Hinkle was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 9: Amanda D. Bell, Bourbon, was arrested for alleged shoplifting at Fas-Trip, 727 Springfield Rd. West. Bell was held and released on a court summons.

Apr. 10: Dustin R. Schmidt, 37, was arrested for alleged trespassing. Schmidt was held in the Sullivan Jail and later released on summons.

Apr. 10: Tosha K. Graddy, 29, Bourbon, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no insurance, bond $150. Graddy was held at the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 11: George N. Gibson, 47, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Gibson was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 12: Andrew P. Teel, 32, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance. Teel was held in the Sullivan Jail and later released.

Apr. 12: Michael E. Pallai, 37, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged shoplifting at Sullivan Wal-Mart, 350 Park Ridge Dr. Pallai was held and released on a court summons.

Apr. 13: Robert C. Schroeder, 40, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to provide proof of insurance and operating a vehicle in a careless manner. Schroeder was held in the Sullivan Jail.
