Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made 21 arrests for the week of March 25 through March 31 in the City of Sullivan.

This week’s arrests were:

Mar 25: Chance I. Fields, 20, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant and held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 25: Keith L. Campbell, 27, was arrested for alleged possession of methamphetamine and a pistol. Campbell was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 25: Austin R. Fritz, 23, was arrested for alleged possession of marijuana. Fritz was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 25: Joan M. Wilson, 40, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of stealing, bond $222.50. 

Wilson was held in the Sullivan Jail and later released.

Mar. 26: Mark B. Portell, 40, was arrested on a Crystal City warrant for alleged driving while revoked. Portell was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 26: Richard L. Loughridge, Jr., 44, Bourbon, was arrested for alleged possession of marijuana, driving while revoked and failure to register a motor vehicle. Loughridge was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 26: Angela M. Spencer, 43, Bourbon, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while suspended, bond $500. Spencer was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 27: Jessica D. Redman, 34, Rolla, was arrested for alleged shoplifting/stealing from Sullivan Fas-Trip, 727 Springfield Road West. Redman was held and released on a court summons.

Mar. 27: Kyle A. Midyett, 28, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of possession of a controlled substance, no bond; Crawford County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of possession of a controlled substance, no bond and a probation and parole warrant. Midyett was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 27: Thomas B. Ryan, 60, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while suspended, bond $100. Ryan was held in the Sullivan Jail and later released on bond.

Mar. 27: Amber L. Whitnell, 28, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting, bond $424;  Franklin County warrant for shoplifting, bond $500 and additional Sullivan charges for alleged possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.. Whitnell was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 27: Jimmy S. Whitnell, 30, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Whitnell was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 28: Brandon E. Daugherty, 37, Bourbon, was arrested for alleged driving while revoked. Daugherty was held in the Sullivan Jail and released on a court summons.

Mar. 28: Jeremy R. Wright, 42, Union, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no seat belt, bond $10 and a Sullivan Police charge for alleged felony stealing. Wright was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 28: Christina A. Nevills, 38, St. Clair, was arrested on Franklin County warrants for no license, bond $275; no vehicle registration, bond $165; no insurance, bond $250; stealing, bond $500; a probation and parole warrant, no bond; Eureka Police warrant for possession of a controlled substance, bond $200 and Sullivan charges for alleged possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance in a jail. 

Nevills was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 28: Gary D. Sampson, Jr., 33, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged stealing and trespassing in the first degree at Sullivan Wal-Mart, 350 Park Ridge Dr. Sampson was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 28: Kristy L. Grawe, 34, Sullivan., was arrested for alleged stealing and trespassing in the first degree at Sullivan Wal-Mart, 350 Park Ridge Dr. 

Grawe was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 29: Scotty R. Warner, 17, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of possession of drug parahernalia. Warner was held in the Sullivan Jail on $122.50 bond .

Mar. 29: Jeremy W. McRight, 40, Bridgeton, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for driving while suspended, bond $122.50. McRight was held in the Sullivan Jail and released on bond.

Mar. 31: Bruce W. Mosher, 66, Union, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for trespassing in the first degree, bond $500. Mosher was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 31: Sonja M. Flores, 40, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charges of shoplifting and possession of drug paraphernalia, bond $347.50. Flores was held in the Sullivan Jail and released on bond.
