Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made 13 arrests for the week of March 11 through March 17 in the City of Sullivan.

This week’s arrests were:

Mar. 11: Jesse W. Lamar, 18, Sullivan, was arrested on a Union Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Lamar was held in the Sullivan Jail on $250 bond.

Mar. 11: Shylynne M. Almo, 19, Sullivan, was arrested for allegedly stealing fuel. Almo was held in the Sullivan Jail. Almo was later released on a court summons.

Mar. 11: Brian K. Cliver, 26, Sullivan, was arrested on the charges of alleged driving while revoked, possession of a controlled substance and delivery/possession of a controlled substance. Cliver was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 12: Melissa L. Martin Henry, 35, Cuba, was arrested for alleged possession of marijuana. Henry was held in the Sullivan Jail and later released on a court summons.

Mar. 13: Christopher G. Mallory, 55, Sullivan, was arrested o a Sullivan warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of leaving the scene of an accident, bond $542.50 and Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of stealing a firearm, bond $30,000. Mallory was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 14: Jon David Ritter, 52, Texas, was arrested on a Neosho warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of moving traffic violation, $250. Ritter was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 14: Dawn M. Madison, 46, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged driving while suspended. Madison was held in the Sullivan Jail and later released on a court summons.

Mar. 14: David S. Pyles, 35, Sullivan, was arrested for driving while suspended. Pyles was held and released on a court summons.

Mar. 14: Kshe E. LaChance, 40, Sullivan, was arrested for driving while suspended. LaChance was held and released pending the issuance of a warrant.

Mar. 16: Robbie L. Thoms, 61, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of sexual misconduct, bond $500. Thoms posted bond and was released.

Mar. 16: Phillip A. Bouse, 36, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of traffic violation, bond $150. Bouse posted bond and was released.

Mar. 17: Leighannah R. Cochran, 19, Sullivan ,was arrested for alleged possession of marijuana. Cochran was held and released pending the issuance of warrants.

Mar. 17: Keith L. Campbell, 27, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana. Campbell was held in the Sullivan Jail and released pending the issuance of warrants.
