Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made 11 arrests for the week of Oct. 30 through Nov. 5 in the City of Sullivan.

This week's arrests were:

Nov. 2: Greg W. Smith, 30, Sullivan, was arrested on two outstanding Sullivan warrants for failure to appear in court on the charges of shoplifting, bond $458.50 and driving while suspended, bond $250.

Smith was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 2: Jared M. Brand, 31, Sullivan, was arrested for allegedly driving while revoked, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Brand was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 3: Kyle J. Blankenship, 23, Sullivan, was arrested for allegedly driving while suspended. Blankenship was held in the Sullivan Jail and released on a court summons.

Nov. 3: Ricky L. Monroe, 49, Lonedell, was arrested for allegedly driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked. Monroe was held in the Sullivan Jail and released on a court summons.

Nov. 4: Cosy J. Biggers, 18, Bourbon, was arrested for alleged possession of marijuana and minor in possession of alcohol. Biggers was held and released on a court summons.

Nov. 4: Richard Asher, 53, St. Clair, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for domestic assault, bond $2,500. Asher was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 4: Danielle White, 45, St. Clair, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. White was held on $500 bond and held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 4: Derrick J. Britton, 23, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the charges of no valid license, insurance or vehicle registration. Britton was also arrested on Sullivan charges for alleged possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while suspended. Britton was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 4: Sarah L. Rowden, 35, was arrested on Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the charges of forgery, possession of marijuana and four traffic violations; Byrnes Mill Police warrant for driving without a license and Jefferson County warrants for probation violations. Rowden was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 5: Justin Highley, 17, Washington, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the charge of no valid license. Highley was held in the Sullivan Jail on $22.50 bond.

Nov. 5: Adam D. Hix, 28, was arrested on three Franklin County warrants for failure to appear in court on the charges of no seatbelt, bond $250; no insurance, bond $750; and driving while revoked, bond $1,500. Hix was held in the Sullivan Jail.
