Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made 16 arrests for the week of January 21 through January 27 in the City of Sullivan.

This week’s arrests were:

Jan. 21: Mark B. Portell, 40, Pevely, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting/stealing, bond $2,000. Portell was also charged in Sullivan with alleged driving while revoked, failure to register a motor vehicle and no insurance.  Portell was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 22: John G. Patterson, 49, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for probation violation and a Rolla Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no license. Patterson was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 22: Derrick J. Britton, 24, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of possession of a controlled substance, bond $100,000 along with additional traffic violations and drug paraphernalia warrants totaling $1,450. Britton was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 22: Gabrielle A. Ramsey, 23, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County felony warrant for heroin possession, bond $4,500 and a Crawford County warrant for probation violation warrant for dangerous drugs, no bond. Ramsey was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 23: Cara L. Cullman, 53, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of speeding. Cullman was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 23: Nicholas S. Cullman, 30, was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for probation violation. Cullman was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 24: Uri M. Bailey, 37, Sullivan, was arrested on a St. Francois County warrant for non-support, no bond. Bailey was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 25: Jessica Hilborn, 26, Wentzville, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting, bond $350. Hilborn was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 25: Christina M. Quiroz, 32, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting and two Crawford County warrants for traffic violations. Quiroz was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 25: John L. Cooper. 58, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for allegedly driving while revoked. Cooper was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 25: Phillip D. Quiroz, 36, was arrested on a Phelps County warrant for felony driving while revoked, no insurance, bond $1,000 and additional Sullivan charges for alleged driving while revoked, failure to register a motor vehicle and no insurance. Quiroz was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 26: Robert R. Lewis, 34, St. Clair, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting, bond $500; St. Clair Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge driving while revoked, bond $325, and equipment violations, bond $125 and Sullivan charge for alleged possession of drug paraphernalia. Lewis was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 26: Brandon M. Pittman, 19, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for possession of a controlled substance, bond $10,000, Franklin County warrant for minor in possession, bond $1,000 and Sullivan Police warrant for possession of marijuana, bond $100. Pittman also faces a pending charge from Sullivan Police for alleged possession of marijuana. Pittman was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 26: Douglas J. Chilton, 28, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no seatbelt, bond $250. Chilton was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 26: Kylie M. Winkelman, 17, was arrested for alleged unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, failure to provide insurance and failure to register a motor vehicle. Winkelman was released on a court summons.

Jan. 27: Thomas B. Ryan, 60, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for driving while suspended. Ryan was held in the Sullivan Jail.
