Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made seven arrests for the week of Oct. 23 through Oct. 29 in the City of Sullivan.

This week's arrests were:

Oct. 24: Joseph Wertenberger, 28, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting, Wertenberger was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Oct. 24: Kenneth E. Rulo, 32, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged possession of drug paraphernalia. Rulo was held and released on a court summons.

Oct. 25: Brittney L. Horn, 25, Rolla, was arrested for alleged driving while revoked. Horn was held and released on a court summons.

Oct. 26: Stephanie Rulo, 27, Union, was arrested on a St. Clair warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while suspended, $300, bond; Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charges of no valid license, $275, and property damage, $500 bond.

Rulo was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Oct. 27: Shawn Rentchler, 33, Union, was arrested on a St. Clair Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of expired plates. Rentchler was held in the Sullivan Jail on $125 bond.

Oct. 28: Christopher Rieger, 31, was arrested for alleged failure to register a motor vehicle, driving while suspended and no proof of insurance.

Rieger was held and released on a court summons.

Oct. 29: Gary T. Pennington, 32, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged shoplifting at Sullivan Wal-Mart, 350 Park Ridge Dr. Pennington was held and released on a court summons.
