Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made 10 arrests for the week of December 3 through December 9 in the City of Sullivan.

This week’s arrests were:

Dec. 4: Bryan A. Lane, 24, Bourbon, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charges of no registration and no insurance, bond $265. Lane was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Dec. 4: Jennifer L. Lackey/Gazaway, 42, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged burglary in the first degree and stealing at Sullivan Wal-Mart, 350 Park Ridge Drive. Gazaway was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Dec. 5: Jason A. McFarland, 36, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while intoxicated and a pending Sullivan charge for alleged felony stealing. McFarland was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Dec. 6: Johnnie R. Evans, 27, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of non-moving traffic violations and assault, bond $5,140. Evans was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Dec. 6: James A. Mizzell, 30, Bourbon, was arrested for alleged driving while revoked. Mizzell was held in the Sullivan Jail and released on a court summons.

Dec. 7: Kile E. Robbins, 39, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Robbins was held in the Sullivan Jail and released pending formal charges.

Dec. 7: Kyle J. Mercer, 31, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting, bond $202.50. Mercer was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Dec. 7: Sharon J. Whalen, 45, St. Louis, was arrested on a St. Charles County warrant for non support of a child, bond $5,000. 

Whalen was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Dec. 8: Jack D. Sandberg, 44, Sullivan, was arrested on two Franklin County warrants for alleged domestic assault, bond $17,500. 

Sandberg was held in the Sullivan Jail and later released on bond.

Dec. 9: Jessi C. Rogers, 20, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of possession of marijuana, bond $175 and a Crawford County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of possession of marijuana, bond $431.50. 

Rogers was held in the Sullivan Jail.
