Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made 13 arrests for the week of November 12 through November 17 in the City of Sullivan.:

This week’s arrests were:

Nov. 13: Jason T. Carey, 36, was arrested on a Ballwin Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Carey was held and released on bond.

Nov. 13: Charles E. Franks, 29, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for probation violation, no bond and a pending Sullivan Police charge for allegedly resisting arrest. Franks was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 13: Michael E. Reams, Jr., was arrested on Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charges of distribution, delivery, manufacturing a controlled substance, bond $100,000. Reams was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 13: Bobby Joe Massa, 33, Sullivan, was arrested for allegedly committing domestic assault, Massa was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 14: Joshua A. Ackerman, 40, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the charge of non-support. Ackerman was held in the Sullivan Jail on $50,000 bond.

Nov. 14: Tyson J. Williams, 43, Sullivan, was arrested on a United States District Court Federal Indictment on the charge of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine. Williams was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 15: Sarah C. Graves, 26, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charges of traffic violations, bond $500 and Crawford County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of traffic violations, bond $150. Graves was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 15: Jacquelyn E. Rutledge, 40, Sullivan, was arrested on a Union Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting, Rutledge was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 16: Amber N. Fieser, 28, Sullivan, was arrested on a Union Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting, bond, $300. Fieser was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 16: Matthew S. Heckenberg, 28, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for non-support and a pending Sullivan Police charge for alleged trespassing in the first degree. Heckenberg was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 16: Elizabeth A. Jones, 27, Sullivan, was arrested for allegedly being in possession of drug paraphernalia. Jones was held in the Sullivan Jail and released on a court summons.

Nov. 16: Kevin D. Blum, 46, was arrested for alleged disorderly conduct. Blum was released on a court summons.

Nov. 17: Willard A. Guyton, 21, Sullivan, was arrested for allegedly leaving the scene of an accident. Guyton was held in the Sullivan Jail.
