Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made 13 arrests for the week of October 29 through November 4 in the City of Sullivan.

This week’s arrests were:

Oct. 29: Tabitha L. Freeman, 35, Bourbon, was arrested on the charge of felony driving while suspended. Freeman was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Oct. 29: Cobey W. Forester, 17, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged trespassing in the first degree at Sullivan Wal-Mart, 350 Park Ridge Dr. Forester was held and released on a court summons.

Oct. 30: Michael R. Williams, 48, was arrested on a Camden County warrant for failure to appear on traffic charges. Williams was held at the Sullivan Jail.

Oct. 30: Kyle T. Rooffener, 28, was arrested for allegedly driving while suspended and no proof of insurance, Rooffener was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Oct. 31: Damon L. Henderson, 34, Bourbon, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while revoked, bond $500. Henderson was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Oct. 31: Christopher Tubbs, 24, was arrested on a Carter County warrant for traffic violations, bond $1,000. Tubbs was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 1: Jennifer L. Brookman, 27, Pacific, was arrested on Pacific Police warrants for failure to appear in court on the charges of traffic violations, bond $110. Brookman was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 1: Cassie L. Boxx, 36, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of failure to maintain insurance, bond $300. Boxx was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 1: James Cody Allen Sanders, 24, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure ti appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting, bond $500. Sanders was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 1: Jared Lee Gumpenberger, 22, Sullivan, was arrested on two Franklin County warrants for alleged burglary, no bond and dangerous drugs, no bond. Gumpenberger was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 2: Karl K. McElroy, 48, Sullivan, was arrested on a Arnold Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while revoked, bond $150. McElroy was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 2: Daniel J. Bare, 24, was arrested on Franklin County warrant for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, bond $4,500 and additional Sullivan charges for alleged possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bare was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Nov. 4: Debbie M. Fangers, 60, St. Clair, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of trespassing/stealing, bond $2,500. Fangers was held and released.
