Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report
The Sullivan Police Department made 11 arrests for the week of Oct. 9 through Oct. 15 in the City of Sullivan.
This week's arrests were:
Oct. 9: Lacey Garcia, 27, Sullivan, was arrested for allegedly shoplifting at Sullivan Wal-Mart, 350 Park Ridge Dr. Garcia was held and released on a court summons.
Oct. 10: Brian N. Stone, Sr., 29, Pacific, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while revoked and displaying the plates of another. Stone was held on $500 bond in the Sullivan Jail.
Oct. 11: Jeremy J. Neier, 22, was arrested on Franklin County warrants for failure to appear in court on the charges of fraud, sexual misconduct, stealing and possession of marijuana. Neier was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Oct. 11: Tonya G. Wessels Littlefield, 45, Arnold, was arrested for allegedly stealing/shoplifting at Sullivan Wal-Mart. Littlefield was held and released on a court summons.
Oct. 11: Ricky L. Hall, 36, Sullivan, was arrested for allegedly shoplifting at Sullivan Wal-Mart. Hall was also wanted on a Phelps County warrant for possession with intent to manufacture a controlled substance, no bond. Hall was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Oct. 11: Sonja M. Flores, 39, Sullivan, was arrested for allegedly stealing at Sullivan Wal-Mart and possession of drug paraphernalia. Flores was also wanted on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no insurance, bond $250. Flores was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Oct. 13: Tonya G. Wessels Littlefield, 45, Arnold, was arrested for allegedly trespassing at Phillips 66, 513 North Service Rd. West. Littlefield was held and released on a court summons.
Oct. 13: Kristian Vincent, 23, was arrested on a Pacific warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no insurance, bond $250, and a Jefferson County warrant for failure to appear in court, no insurance, bond $195.50. Vincent was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Oct. 13: Erica Tripp, 39, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of failure to restrain a dog, bond $45. Tripp was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Oct. 13: Kenneth Rulo Jr., 32, Sullivan, was arrested for allegedly shoplifting at Sullivan ZX, 116 South Service Rd. West. Rule was held and released on a court summons.
Oct. 14: Jessica S. Wallis, 28, Sullivan, was arrested on Sullivan Police warrants for failure to appear in court on the charges of failure to restrain an animal and domestic assault, Wallis was held in the Sullivan Jail.
