Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report
The Sullivan Police Department made 13 arrests for the week of August 20 through August 26 in the City of Sullivan.
This week’s arrests were:
Aug. 20: Timothy L. Gordon, 58, St. Clair, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and a Eureka warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting, bond $224.50. Gordon was held in the Sullivan jail.
Aug. 21: Tracy E. Umar, 44, Sullivan, was arrested for allegedly trespassing at Sullivan ZX, 116 South Service Road. Umar was held in the Sullivan jail and released on a court summons.
Aug. 21: David L. Ellis, Jr., 49, was arrested on a Lincoln County warrant for probation violation, on the original charge of non-suuport, bond $250. Ellis was held in the Sullivan jail.
Aug. 21: Tracy E. Umar, 44, Sullivan, was arrested for allegedly trespassing at Sullivan Wal-Mart, 350 Park Ridge Drive. Umar was held in the Sullivan jail and released on a court summons.
Aug. 22: Michael D. Crabtree, 29, Sullivan, was arrested on two Sullivan warrants for failure to appear in court on the charges of peace disturbance, bond $300 and no insurance, bond $125. Crabtree was held in the Sullivan jail.
Aug. 22: Karl K. McElroy, 47, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while suspended, bond $250. McElroy was held in the Sullivan jail.
Aug. 23: Brian T. Stevens, 43, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while suspended, bond $2,500. Stevens was held in the Sullivan jail.
Aug. 23: Aaron N. Spain, 34, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to register a motor vehicle, bond $37.50. Spain was held and released on bond.
Aug. 24: Thomas Ryan, 60, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no insurance, bond $450. Ryan was held in the Sullivan jail.
Aug. 25: Christopher Thomas, 35, Sullivan, was arrested for driving while revoked. Thomas was held and released on a court summons.
Aug. 25: Kristi D. Board, 25, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of possession of methamphetamine, bond $300. Board was held in the Sullivan jail.
Aug. 26: Gina M. Carey, 44, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of displaying plates of another, bond $117.50 and Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no registration and no insurance, bond $415. Carey was held in the Sullivan jail.
Aug. 26: Samuel L. Duncan, 34, Union, was arrested for allegedly being in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Duncan was held in the Sullivan jail.
