Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made 16 arrests for the week of Aug. 6 through Aug. 12 in the City of Sullivan.

This week’s arrests were:

Aug. 7: Amy Jo Bullock, 26, Bourbon, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while revoked. Bullock was held in the Sullivan Jail on $150 bond.

Aug. 7: Jesse D. Campbell, 23, Bourbon, was arrested for alleged possession of drug paraphernalia. Campbell was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 7: Steven L. Leach, 18, St. Clair, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of possession of marijuana. Leach was held on $500 bond in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 8: Peggy M. Bay, 55, Sullivan, was arrested on Franklin County warrants for failure to appear in court on the original charges of traffic violations. Bay was held in the Sullivan Jail on $1,000 bond.

Aug. 8: David S. Lindemann, 29, Sullivan, was arrested on Franklin County warrants for failure to appear in court on the original charges of failure to register a motor vehicle, driving while suspended and possession of drug paraphernalia. Lindemann was held in the Sullivan Jail on $500 bond.

Aug. 8: Dawn M. Holmes, 36, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no valid license and a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no valid license, bond $275. Holmes was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 8: Jennifer M. Harris, 38, Cuba, was arrested for allegedly being in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Harris was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 9: Arliss E. Gumpenberger, 51, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for stealing, bond $1,500. Gumpenberger was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 9: Lawrence A. Robb, 24, was arrested for failure to appear in court on the original charge of traffic offense, bond $100. Robb was released on bond.

Aug. 9: Amanda R. Watson, 32, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for leaving the scene of an accident, driving while suspended, trespassing, possession of drug paraphernalia and no insurance, bond $1,500 and Crawford County warrant for failure to appear in court on the charge of no seat belt, $10 bond. Watson was held in the Sullivan Jail. 

Aug. 10: John F. Sanders Jr., 60, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting, bond $1,067.50. Sanders was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 10: Robert C. Coxie, 45, St. Clair, was arrested on a Gasconade County warrant for violation of an order of protection, bond $5,000. Coxie was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 10: Brandon M. Pitman, 18, Sullivan, was arrested on Franklin County warrants for no seat belt, bond $100; no insurance, bond $250, no valid license, bond $250, failure to register, bond $250, careless driving, bond $500 and possession of a controlled substance, bond $3,500. Pitman was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 11: David S. Lindemann, 29, Sullivan, was arrested for allegedly driving while suspended. Lindemann was held in the Sullivan Jail and released on a court summons.

Aug. 12: Brian M. Thrasher, 29, Gerald, was arrested on a St. Louis County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while intoxicated, bond $500,. Thrasher was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 12: Michael R. Littlefield, 43, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for shoplifting, bond $22.50; Crawford County warrant for assault in the fourth degree, bond $250; Jefferson County warrant for invasion of privacy, no bond; St. Louis Metro Police warrant for dangerous drugs, no bond and a Hillsboro Police warrant for assault, bond $250. Littlefield was held in the Sullivan Jail and released on bond.

All subjects arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
