Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made 17 arrests for the week of July 16 through July 22 in the City of Sullivan.

This week’s arrests were:

July 16: Philip S. Shoemaker, 28, Owensville, was arrested for allegedly shop lifting at Sullivan Wal-Mart, 350 Park Ridge Dr. Shoemaker was held and released on a court summons.

July 16: Jeffrey D. Simmons, 36, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged burglary in the second degree and property damage in the first degree. Simmons was held at the Sullivan Jail.

July 17: William L. Kerley, 54, Union, was arrested on Franklin County warrants for failure to appear in court on the original charges of possession of a controlled substance, bond $100,000 and possession of dangerous drugs, bond $10,000; St. Clair warrants for driving while revoked, bond $235 and a Foristell warrant for failure to appear in court on the charge of possession of marijauna, bond $243. 

Kerley was held in the Sullivan Jail.

July 17: Keith A. Philbrook, 26, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Philbrook was held in the Sullivan Jail.

July 17: Jason M. Waters, 39, Sullivan, was arrested for allegedly leaving the scene of an accident and driving while intoxicated. Waters was held in the Sullivan Jail.

July 18: Nicole M. Schleeper Tisi Wallace, 35, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of possession of a controlled substance, bond $20,000. Wallace was held in the Sullivan Jail.

July 19: Theresa A. Brock, 33, Sullivan, was arrested for allegedly driving while suspended, failure to show proof of insurance, felony stealing and trespassing in the first degree. 

Brock was held at the Sullivan Jail.

July 19: George A. Springs, 28, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of insufficient funds, bond $500. Springs was held in the Sullivan Jail.

July 20: Amy Jo Bullock, 26, was arrested for failure to appear in court on the original charge of felony forgery, no bond. Bullock was held in the Sullivan Jail.

July 20: Kolby N. Beckett, 22, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of dangerous drugs. Beckett was held in the Sullivan Jail.

July 21: Douglas J. Chilton, 27, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for alleged vehicle theft, bond $10,000. Chilton was held in the Sullivan Jail.

July 21: Michael Heigl, 28, Sullivan, was arrested on two Franklin County warrants for no registration, bond $165 and no insurance, bond $250. Heigl was held in the Sullivan Jail.

July 21: James M. Hendrickson, 38, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for possession of amphetamine, bond $5,000 and Cuba Police warrant for traffic violation, bond $200. Hendrickson was held in the Sullivan Jail.

July 21: Raymond C. Wren, 25, Lonedell, was arrested for alleged driving while revoked, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to register a motor vehicle and no insurance. Wren was held in the Sullivan Jail.

July 22: Amber M. Wood, 27, Owensville, was arrested on a Sullivan warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of stealing, bond $422.50; Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while suspended and additional Sullivan charges for alleged possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Wood was held in the Sullivan Jail.

July 22: Matthew D. McKellips, 37, Bourbon, was arrested for allegedly shoplifting at Sullivan Wal;-Mart. McKellips was held in the Sullivan Jail and released on a court summons.

July 22: Jamie L. Ewanchen, 36, Bourbon, was arrested for allegedly shoplifting at Sullivan Wal-Mart. Ewanchen was held in the Sullivan Jail and released on a court summons.
