Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report
The Sullivan Police Department made 13 arrests for the week of June 11 through June 17 in the City of Sullivan.
This week’s arrests were:
June 13: Justin L. Bailey, 36, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while suspended. Bailey was held in the Sullivan Jail.
June 13: Dakota J. Smith, 17, Sullivan, was arrested for allegedly tampering with evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia and minor in possession of alcohol. Smith was held in the Sullivan Jail.
June 13: Brandon M. Pitman, 18, Leslie, was arrested for alleged possession of drug paraphernalia and minor in possession of alcohol. Pitman was held in the Sullivan Jail.
June 13: Savanna D. Hill, 19, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged possession of drug paraphernalia and minor in possession,. Hill was held in the Sullivan Jail.
June 13: Andrew D. Cross, 29, St. Clair, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of neglect of a child. Cross was held in the Sullivan Jail on $15,000 bond.
June 14: Ryan P. Jamerson, 30, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of failure to register was motor vehicle, bond $200; Pacific warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of expired vehicle license, bond $100 and Franklin County warrants for two violations of education requirement, bond $3,000 and no seatbelt, bond $10. Jamerson was held in the Sullivan Jail.
June 14: Karen M. Schultz, 30, Sullivan, was arrested on two Franklin County warrants for failure to appear in court on the charges of violation of education of child, bond $500 and no insurance, bond $201.50. Schultz was held in the Sullivan Jail.
June 14: Eddy G. Nichols, 30, Sullivan, was arrested on three active warrants from Franklin County for shoplifting and resisting arrest, bond $6,000 and a St. Clair warrant for failure to appear in court for no insurance, bond $185. Nichols was held in the Sullivan Jail.
June 14: Miranda D. Burkart, 48, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Burkart was held in the Sullivan Jail.
June 15: Taressa A. Bell, 21, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged shoplifting at Flying J, 1500 Church Street. Bell was held in the Sullivan Jail and released on a court summons.
June 16: John-Paul N. Burke, 22, Sullivan, was arrested for allegedly driving while suspended. Burke was held and released pending formal charges.
June 16: Gary Sampton 33, was arrested for allegedly driving while revoked and displaying plates of another. Sampton was held in the Sullivan Jail and released on court summons.
June 16: Mykayla N. Summers, 18, was arrested for allegedly stealing at Sullivan Wal-Mart, 350 Park Ridge Drive and possession of drug paraphernalia. Summers was held in the Sullivan Jail and later released pending formal charges.
