Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report
The Sullivan Police Department made 14 arrests for the week of June 4 through June 10 in the City of Sullivan. This week’s arrests were:
June 4: Austin R. Fritz, 22, Washington, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of failure to maintain financial responsibility, bond $300. Fritz was held in the Sullivan Jail.
June 4: Amber N. LeClaire, 30, Union, was arrested for allegedly shoplifting at Sullivan Wal-Mart, 350 Park Ridge Drive. LeClaire was also wanted on a Franklin County warrant for possession of marijuana, bond $10,000. LeClaire was held in the Sullivan Jail.
June 4: Jeremy A. Rumage, 29, St. Clair, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of speeding. Rumage was held and released on a $225 bond.
June 6: Dallen W. Ausbrooks, 31, was arrested for a probation violation on the original charge of felony possession of a controlled substance. Ausbrooks was held in the Sullivan Jail on no bond.
June 7: Gary D. Wells, 45, Sullivan, was arrested on two outstanding Sullivan warrants for failure to appear in court on the charges of failure to register motor vehicles, total bond $200. Wells was held in the Sullivan Jail.
June 7: Keith A. Philbrook, 26, Sullivan, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for alleged possession of amphetamines, bond $7,000 and a Sullivan charge for alleged possession of drug paraphernalia. Philbrook was held in the Sullivan Jail.
June 8: Jerry A. Henderson, 39, St. Clair, was arrested for alleged possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to yield, failure to register a motor vehicle and no proof of insurance. Henderson was held in the Sullivan Jail.
June 8: Darrel L. Black, 29, Sullivan, was arrested on a probation violation warrant and held in the Sullivan Jail with no bond.
June 8: Damon L. Henderson, 33, Bourbon, was arrested for driving while revoked and failure to register a motor vehicle. Henderson was held at the Sullivan Jail and later released on court summons.
June 8: Waren L. Brown, 57, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of operating a vehicle with a suspended license, bond $1,000; Crawford County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while revoked, bond $250; Franklin County warrant for burglary, domestic assault and stealing, no bond and a probation and parole warrant with no bond. Brown was held in the Sullivan Jail.
June 8: Karl K. McElroy, 47, Sullivan, was arrested for allegedly driving while revoked and no proof of insurance, McElroy was held in the Sullivan Jail.
June 9: Justin Bales, 33, Branson, was arrested for allegedly trespassing. Bales was held in the Sullivan Jail.
June 10: Charles E. Thouvenel III, 48, Sullivan, was arrested for driving while revoked. Thouvenel was held in the Sullivan Jail and released on a court summons.
June 10: John Paul Burke, 22, Sullivan, was arrested for allege disorderly conduct. Burke was held and released on a court summons.
