Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made 12 arrests for the week of May 28 through June 3 in the City of Sullivan.

This week’s arrests were:

May 28: Brock A. Ware, 26, Sullivan, was arrested on Franklin County warrants for failure to appear in court on the original charges of alleged distribution, delivery, manufacturing a controlled substance, no bond and failure to appear in court on the charger of illegal weapon, bond $500. Ware was held in the Sullivan Jail.

May 28: Owen C. Hilliard, 37, Bourbon, was arrested on Franklin County warrants for failure to appear in court on the charges of forged checks, bond $25,000; dangerous drugs, bond $2,500 and probation violation on the original charge of possession of a controlled substance, no bond. Hilliard was held in the Sullivan Jail.

May 29: Damon L. Henderson, 33, Bourbon, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Henderson was held in the Sullivan Jail.

May 30: Kayla Y. Eversole, 29, St. Clair, was arrested on a Franklin County felony warrant for alleged dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while intoxicated, bond $10,000. Eversole was held in the Sullivan Jail.

May 30: Dustin R. Hoffman, 38, Leslie, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for alleged felony assault, domestic assault in the second degree, driving while intoxicated, possession of amphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and traffic violations, no bond. Hoffman was held in the Sullivan Jail.

May 31: Brian K. Cliver, 25, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of peace disturbance, bond $1,450; four Franklin County warrants for failure to appear in court on the charges of no valid license, bond $250, excessive speeding, bond $150, driving while revoked, bond $1,500 and resisting arrest, bond $1000. Cliver was held in the Sullivan Jail.

May 31: Sommer D. Risinger, 28, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no valid license, bond $500. Risinger was held in the Sullivan Jail.

June 2: Dustin Schoolcraft, 32, St. Clair, was arrested for alleged shoplifting at Outdoor Gear, 248 South Service Rd. East, and alleged possession of drug paraphernalia. Schoolcraft was released on a court summons. Schoolcraft was arrested following his release for allegedly stealing parts from a motor vehicle at Wal-Mart, 350 Park Ridge Drive. Schoolcraft was held and released on  second court summons.

June 2: Amanda C. McIntyre, 35, was arrested for alleged delivery of a controlled substance-marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, stealing and a Crawford County warrant for probation violation, no bond. McIntyre was held in the Sullivan Jail.

June 2: Margaret I. Jordan, 27, Cuba, was arrested on a Sullivan warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of trespassing, bond $250. Jordan was held in the Sullivan Jail.

June 2: Victoria L. Banks, 29, St. Clair, was arrested for alleged trespassing in the first degree, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Banks was held in the Sullivan Jail.

June 3: Timothy J. Board, 36, was arrested for allegedly operating a motor vehicle without a valid license. Board was held and released on a court summons.
