Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report
The Sullivan Police Department made 10 arrests for the week of May 14 through May 20 in the City of Sullivan.
This week’s arrests were:
May 14: Crystal A. Newbold, 32, Vienna, was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for probation violation, on the original charge of family offenses. Newbold was held in the Sullivan Jail without bond.
May 15: Donald S. Courtway, 26, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of disorderly conduct. Courtway was held in the Sullivan Jail on $300 bond.
May 15: Amber M. Chumbley, 41, Bourbon, was arrested for alleged shoplifting at Dollar General, 974 Elmont Road; Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting, bond $1,000 and an Arnold Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting, bond $150. Chumbly was held in the Sullivan Jail.
May 15: David S. Lindemann, 29, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of displaying plates of another vehicle. Lindemann was held in the Sullivan Jail on $200 bond and later released on bond.
May 16: Michael J. Strollo Jr., 22, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of failure to register a motor vehicle. Strollo was held on $65 bond in the Sullivan Jail.
May 17: Zachary B. Scaggs, 31, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no insurance. Scaggs was held on $125 bond and released.
May 17: Norval V. Presley, 28, Sullivan, was arrested on a O’Fallon Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of failure to register and no proof of insurance. Presley was held in the Sullivan Jail on $150 bond.
May 18: John S. Anderson, 51, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of failure to maintain financial responsibility. Anderson was held in the Sullivan Jail on $95 bond.
May 19: Michael S. Weber, 31, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting. Weber was held in the Sullivan Jail on $300 bond.
May 20; Jennifer L. Thacker, 34, was arrested on a a St. Louis County warrant for alleged felony forgery, bond $5,000. Thacker was held in the Sullivan Jail.
