Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report
The Sullivan Police Department made 21 arrests for the week of Sept. 11 through Sept.17, in the City of Sullivan.
This week's arrests were:
Sept. 11: Kayla D. Stringer, 35, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting. Stringer was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Sept. 11: Glenn D. Yarbrough, 31, Sullivan, was arrested on a Byrnes Mill Police warrant for driving while revoked, $300 bond, and a St. Clair Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no insurance, bond $185. Yarbrough was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Sept. 11: Cyle B. Martin, 41, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of property damage. Martin was held in the Sullivan Jail on $400 bond.
Sept. 12: James M. Ragland, 31, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting. Ragland was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Sept. 12: Ivan E. Hernandez, 28, Sullivan, was arrested on a Phelps County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Hernandez was held on $1,000 cash only bond in the Sullivan Jail.
Sept. 13: Alicia M. Kurk, 23, Union, was arrested on a Union warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting. Kurk was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Sept. 14: Seneca S. Williams, 38, Robertsville, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for felony probation violation on the original charge of domestic assault, no bond, and a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of receiving stolen property, bond $1,000. Williams was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Sept. 14: William J. Craft, 47, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while suspended and a Crawford County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charges of non support and tampering with a motor vehicle. Craft was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Sept. 14: Kenneth E. Rulo Jr., 32, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for possession of methamphetamine. Rulo was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Sept. 15: Ryan L. Mesger, 31, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mesger was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Sept. 15: Bryan A. Lane, 23, was arrested for alleged possession of drug paraphernalia. Lane was held in the Sullivan Jail and released on a court summons.
Sept. 15: David M. Buck, 31, Bourbon, was arrested for alleged shoplifting at Sullivan Wal-Mart, 350 Park Ridge Dr. Buck was held and released on a court summons.
Sept. 15: Dusty H. Dothage, 20. Launder, was arrested for allegedly driving while suspended. Dothage was held in the Sullivan Jail and released on a court summons.
Sept. 15: John-Paul Burke, 21, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Burke was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Sept. 15: Darian N. Buerk, 21, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged possession of marijuana. Buerk was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Sept. 15: Christopher J. Franchi, 48, Sullivan, was arrested for allegedly driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended and failure to keep right. Franchi was held in the Sullivan Jail.,
Sept. 16: Steven L. Leach, 17, St. Clair, was arrested on the charge of alleged contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Leach was held in the Sullivan Jail and released on a court summons.
Sept. 16: Timothy C. Board, 60, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Board was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Sept. 16: Peter M. Medenblik, 49, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of non-support. Medenblik was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Sept. 17: Thomas Steinbruegge, 33, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged felony driving while suspended. Steinbruegge was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Sept. 17: Andrew P. Teel, 30, was arrested on a probation and parole warrant for possession of dangerous drugs, Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the charge of theft and a Sullivan Police charge of allegedly shoplifting at Sullivan Wal-Mart. Teel was held in the Sullivan Jail.
