Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made 18 arrests for the week of April 30 through May 6 in the City of Sullivan.

This week’s arrests were:

Apr. 30: Sara M. Sellers, 32, Sullivan, was arrested on a Iron County warrant for violation of a court order, no bond and a Cuba Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while revoked, bond $200. Sellers was held in the Sullivan Jail.

May 1: Justine Stockton, 33, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of failure to maintain insurance, bond $300; Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of operating a motor vehicle without financial responsibility, bond $201.50 and additional Sullivan charges for alleged unlawful use of a weapon and failure to register a motor vehicle. Stockton was held in the Sullivan Jail.

May 1: Richard A. Johanning, 55, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of failure to register a motor vehicle and additional Sullivan charges for alleged possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a firearm. Johanning was held in the Sullivan Jail.

May 1: Ronald L. Peters Jr., 37, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of domestic assault, bond $500. Peters was held in the Sullivan Jail.

May 1: Anthony J. Ross, 26, Sullivan, was arrested on a Union Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of larceny, bond $235. Ross was held in the Sullivan Jail.

May 1: Heather W. Brewer, 27, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to register a motor vehicle, bond $1,000. Brewer was held in the Sullivan Jail.

May 1: Christopher A. Ford III, 19, Cuba, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for alleged domestic assault in the second degree and resisting/interfering with an arrest, bond $17,000.  Ford was released on bond.

May 2: Darrin R. Hunn, 28, Bourbon, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for failure to appear in court on the charge of no seatbelt, bond $10 and a Warrantor Police warrant for traffic violations, bond $200. Hunn was held in the Sullivan Jail.

May 2: Jennifer L. Brookman, 37, was arrested on a Pacific Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of failure to drive on right half of roadway. Brookman was held in the Sullivan Jail.

May 2: Brian A. Neaveill, 41, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of careless and imprudent driving. Neaveill was held in the Sullivan Jail.

May 2: Brehdin Keyes, 21, Sullivan, was arrested on a probation and parole warrant on the original charge of dangerous drugs. Keyes was held in the Sullivan Jail.

May 2: Michael T. Strubberg, 26, Sullivan, was arrested for allegedly driving while intoxicated. Strubberg was held in the Sullivan Jail.

May 4: Anthony D. Smith, 43, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the charge of no valid license, bond $500 and a Arnold Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting, bond $375. Smith was held in the Sullivan Jail.

May 6: Christian J. Komo, 26, St. Clair, was arrested for allegedly driving while revoked and failure to register a motor vehicle. Komo was held and released on a court summons.

May 6: John M. Koenig, 27, Fenton, was arrested on a Pacific Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of failure to register a motor vehicle. Koenig was held in the Sullivan Jail.

May 6: Deanna R. Knorr, 45, Sullivan, was arrested on the charge of assault in the fourth degree. Knorr was held and released on a court summons.

May 6: Jeffrey A. Hilborn, 26, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting and a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of trespassing. Hilborn was held in the Sullivan Jail. 

May 6: Benjamin S. Newsham, 25, was arrested on the charges of no drivers license, failure to register and no proof of insurance. Newsham was held and released on a court summons.
