Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made 17 arrests for the week of April 16 through April 23 in the City of Sullivan.

This week’s arrests were:

Apr. 16: Brehdin A. Keyes, 21, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged possession of drug paraphernalia. Keyes was held and released on a court summons.

Apr. 16: Samantha N. Gann, 23, was arrested on Franklin County warrants for failure to appear in court on the original charges of no insurance, bond $250;  non moving traffic violations, bond $250 and a Sullivan Police charge for alleged possession of drug paraphernalia. Gann was held and released on bond.

Apr. 16: Kevin K. Bolin, 32, Sullivan, was arrested on a felony warrant from Smyrna Police Department, TN, for alleged theft of a vehicle, no bond. Bolin was held in the Sullivan Jail and released to Crawford County authorities.

Apr. 16: Ashley N. Strube, 31, Bourbon, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting. Strube was held on $222.50 bond in the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 18: Gary T. Pennington, 32, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting. Pennington was held in the Sullivan Jail on $300 bond.

Apr. 18: Kenneth E. Denham, 59, was arrested on a O’Fallon Police warrant for no solicitors license. Denham was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 18: Alan R. Hicks, 48, Sullivan, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for alleged possession off amphetamine, bond $7,000. Hicks was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 18: Stacy L. Miller, 47, Sullivan, was arrested on two Franklin County warrants for failure to appear in court, bond $1,000. Miller was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 19: Kyle D. Nolie, 33, Bourbon, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for probation violation, no bond and a Sullivan Police charge for alleged felony resisting arrest. Nolie was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 20:  Jorden A. Kestler, 26, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged possession of stolen property and stealing a motor vehicle. Kestler was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 20:  Jonathan S. Foust, 34, St. James, was arrested on six Phelps County warrants for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of a weapon, statutory sodomy, endangering the welfare of a child, possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Foust was also arrested on a Sullivan charge for alleged stealing a motor vehicle. Foust was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 20: Heather S. Snyder, 27, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged forgery. Snyder was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 20: Anthony W. Parsons, 30, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged forgery, possession of a controlled substance and Phelps County warrants for allege fraud and theft. Parsons was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 21: Tammy Loughridge, 48, was arrested for alleged shoplifting at Sullivan Wal-Mart, 350 Park Ridge Dr. Loughridge was held and released on a court summons.

Apr. 21: Margaret Jordan 27, was arrested for alleged trespassing at Sullivan Wal-Mart and a Crawford County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Jordan was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 21: Allen R. Farrar, 50, was arrested for alleged property damage. Farrar was held and released on a court summons.

Apr. 21: Jessie K. Silver, 21, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no valid license and allege charge for burglary in the first degree/shoplfiting. Silver was held in the Sullivan Jail.
