Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made 18 arrests for the week of April 2 through April 9 in the City of Sullivan.

This week's arrests were:

Apr. 3; Carl C. Alexander, 46, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of failure to maintain insurance, bond $130. Alexander was held and released after posting bond.

Apr. 3; Jennifer N. Barton, 34, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance. Barton was held and released pending the issuance of warrants.

Apr. 4; Trina L. Williams, 44, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting, Williams was held in the Sullivan Jail on $225.50 bond.

Apr. 4; Andrew R. Fritz, 22, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Fritz was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 4; Stewart A. Sharp, 17, Sullivan was arrested for minor in possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sharp was held and released on a court summons.

Apr. 4; Joshua T. Layton, 27, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for alleged felony assault, no bond. Layton was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 5; Joshua D. Ackerman, 39, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for non support/child neglect. Ackerman was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 6; Kyle J. Mercer, 30, Villa Ridge, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting. Mercer was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 6; Timothy D. Hoke, 39, was arrested on a Cuba Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no valid license. Hoke was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 6; Danielle M. Ludwig, 33, was arrested on a Phelps County warrant for alleged forgery and possession of a controlled substance. Ludwig was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 6; Joshua R. Graham, 36, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no insurance. Graham was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 7; Tyler E. Ridenhour, 18, St. Clair, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance, failure to stop at a stop sign and driving without a valid license. Ridenhour was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 8; Jeremy C. Effler, 29, Bourbon, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no valid license, bond $175 and Sullivan charges for alleged possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Effler was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 7; Edward M. Kuhl, 34, Sullivan, was arrested on Franklin County warrants for failure to appear in court on the charges of no insurance, bond $250; failure to register a motor vehicle, bond $250 and careless driving, bond $500. Kuhl was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 7; Sabella Stringer, 22, was arrested on a Cuba Police warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of speeding. Stringer was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Apr. 8; Brent A. Teel, 32, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged shoplifting at Sullivan Fast-Trip, 727 Springfield Road West. Teel was held and released on a court summons.

Apr. 8; Tressa A. Holweg, 47, was arrested for alleged stealing at Sullivan Wal-Mart, 350 Park Ridge Dr. Holweg was held and released on a court summons.

Apr. 8; David J. Krolak, 31, Union, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Krolak was held in the Sullivan Jail and later released on a court summons.
