Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made 14 arrests for the week of March 12 through March 18 in the City of Sullivan.

This week's arrests were:

Mar. 12: Damon L. Henderson, 33, Bourbon, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for non support, bond $5,000. Henderson was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 12: Harold W. Gross, 49, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrants for failed to appear in court on the original charges of resisting arrest, bond $500 and vehicle theft, bond $7,500. Gross was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 12: Ronald Isert, III, 29, Potosi, was arrested on Franklin County warrant for no valid license and no seat belt, bond $260, and Washington County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no valid license and no seat belt, bond $4,500. Isert was also arrested on a Sullivan charge of resisting arrest. Isert was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 12: Corey L. Richards, 28, Bourbon, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Richards was held and released pending formal charges.

Mar. 13: Jordan A.B. Downey, 20, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for non moving traffic violations and no vehicle registration, bond $165 and Sullivan charge for alleged possession of drug paraphernalia.

Downey was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 13: David S. Rogers, 49, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of failure to maintain financial responsibility, bond $300; Crawford County warrants for failure to appear in court on the original charges of no insurance, bond $150; driving while revoked bond $150 and exceeding the speed limit, bond $122. Rogers was held and released after posting bond.

Mar. 13: Christopher G. Mallory, 54, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of leaving the scene of an accident.

Mallory was held on a $562.50 bond in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 14: Garrett L. Wheeler, 33, Sullivan, was arrested on a probation and parole warrant on the original charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Wheeler was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar.14: John D. Pohlmann, 49, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of non support. Pohlmann was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 14: Stephen M. Brocato, 30, was arrested on a Franklin County warranty for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while revoked.

Brocato was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 14: Gregory A. Kozlowski, 53, was arrested for alleged shoplifting and trespassing in the first degree at Sullivan Wal-Mart, 350 Park Ridge Dr. Kozlowski was held in the Sullivan Jail and released on a court summons.

Mar. 16: Anthony D. Smith, 43, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no valid license. Smith was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 18: Brittany R. Alexander, 31, Bourbon, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting, bond $300. Alexander was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 18: Danielle P. Knuckles, 29, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of displaying plates of another. Knuckles was held in the Sullivan Jail.
