Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made 11 arrests for the week of March 5 through March 12 in the City of Sullivan.

This week's arrests were:

Mar. 5: Kimberly D. Walton, 32, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for alleged forgery, bond $4,500. Walton was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 6: Jacob B. Schroyer, 25, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant and a Sullivan Police charge of alleged possession of a controlled substance. Schroyer was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 6: Matthew S. Heckenberg, 28, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance. Heckenberg was held in the Sullivan Jail and released pending formal charges.

Mar. 6: Jesse W. Lamar, 17, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance. Lamar was held in the Sullivan Jail and released pending formal charges.

Mar. 8: Shawn Courto, 33, St. Louis, was arrested on a St. Louis County warrant for possession of a controlled substance, bond $5,000; St. Louis County warrant for possession of a controlled substance, $7,500 and a St. Louis County warrant for possession of a controlled substance, bond $7,500. Courto was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 8: Dominque L. Rice, 17, Bourbon, was arrested for alleged possession of drug paraphernalia. Rice was held in the Sullivan Jail and released on a court summons.

Mar. 9: Alan R. Hicks, 48, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance. Hicks was held and released pending formal charges.

Mar. 9: Christopher Thomas, Jr., 34, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for shoplifting. Thomas was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 10: Moranda R. Helms, 28, Leasburg, was arrested for alleged assault in the fourth degree and resisting arrest. Helms was held in the Sullivan Jail and released pending formal charges.

Mar. 11: Keith A. Elders, 24, was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for probation and parole violation. Elders was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 12: James M. Hendrickson Jr., 38, Cuba, was arrested on a Pacific warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while suspended, bond $100 and Sullivan charges for alleged possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hendrickson was held in the Sullivan Jail and was later released after posting bond.
