Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made 13 arrests for the week of Feb. 12 through Feb. 18 in the City of Sullivan.

This week's arrests were:

Feb., 12; Joseph D. Kamm, 30, was arrested for allegedly resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kamm was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Feb. 12; Frank W, Pavelski, 72, Sullivan, was arrested for allegedly driving while intoxicated resulting in a vehicle crash. Pavelski was held in the Sullivan Jail and released on a court summons.

Feb. 12; Hanna N. Tourville, 24, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged shoplifting at Sullivan Wal-Mart, 350 Park Ridge Dr. Tourville was also arrested for alleged felony possession of a controlled substance and felony possession of drug paraphernalia. Tourville was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Feb. 12; Jared M. Brand, 31, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged shoplifting from Sullivan Wal-Mart. Brand was held and released on a court summons.

Feb. 13; Lisa P. Simmons, 36, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving without a license, bond $500; and Sullivan charges of failure to register a motor vehicle, no valid license and no insurance. Simmons was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Feb. 14; Edward M. Kuhl, Jr., 34, Bourbon, was arrested on a probation violation warrant on the original charge of domestic assault in the third degree and possession of a controlled substance, no bond and a Pacific Police warrant for traffic violations, bond $100. Kuhl was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Feb. 14; Jacob L. Dobbs, 32, Hillsboro, was arrested on a Sullivan warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of failure to register a motor vehicle, bond $65; and a Crawford County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of failure to register a motor vehicle, bond $150.

Dobbs was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Feb. 14; Alyssa M. Cash, 21, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged shoplifting at Sullivan Wal-Mart. Cash was held and released on a court summons.

Feb. 15; Taylor R. Baker, 19, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for shoplifting.

Baker was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Feb. 17; Lucas D. Glenn, 31, Sullivan, was arrested for allegedly resisting arrest, felony; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Glenn was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Feb. 18; Aryn M. Stevens, 20, was arrested for alleged shoplifting at Sullivan Wal-Mart. Stevens was held and released on a court summons.

Feb. 18; Eddy Nichols, 30, Sullivan, was arrested on Franklin County warrants for failure to appear on the charges of resisting arrest, bond $1,500; theft, bond $500; stealing, bond $500; shoplifting, bond $500 and a St. Clair Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no insurance, bond $185.

Nichols was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Feb. 19; Justin R. Bales, 33, Branson, was arrested on a St. Louis Metro Police warrant for felony possession of dangerous drugs, bond $7,500 and Sullivan charges for alleged possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bales was held in the Sullivan Jail.

All arrests in this report are believed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
