Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made seven arrests for the week of Jan. 22 through Jan. 28 in the City of Sullivan.

This week's arrests were:

Jan. 22: Brett M. Barton, 28, Sullivan, was arrested on a probation and parole warrant. Barton was held in the Sullivan Jail without bond.

Jan. 24: Tory Davis, 28, Sullivan, was arrested on a probation violation warrant. Davis was held in the Sullivan Jail without bond.

Jan. 24: Amanda S. Steinhoff, 32, was arrested on a outstanding warrant from Gerald Police on the charge of failure to appear in court for operating a vehicle without a valid license. Steinhoff was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 26: Aaron N. Spain, 34, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for careless driving and no seat belt. Spain was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 27: Nathaniel Nowak, 30, was arrested for allege shoplifting at Sullivan Wal-Mart, 350 Park Ridge Dr. Nowak was held and released on a court summons.

Jan. 27: Terry Johnson, 47, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while suspended, bond $250 and three Crawford County warrants for failure to appear in court on the charges of traffic violations, bond $100, no vehicle insurance, bond $500 and driving while intoxicated, bond $1,000.

Johnson was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 28: Dana M. Grimm, 48, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrants for failure to appear in court on the original charge of non-moving traffic violations, bond $500.

Grimm was held in the Sullivan Jail.
