Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made 20 arrests for the week of March 22 through March 28.

This week's arrests were:

Mar. 23; Charles Osborne, 30, was arrested on four Franklin County warrants for no insurance and possession of a controlled substance, bond $2,000. Osborne was held at the Sullivan Jail. Osborne was later released on bond.

Mar. 24; Jonathan King, 24, was arrested on a probation violation warrant with no bond and Sullivan charges of alleged domestic assault in the third degree and armed criminal action. King was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 24; Shawn Bull, 35, was arrested on Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of traffic violations, bond $200. Bull was released on an OR bond.

Mar. 25; Lester Hood, 25, was arrested on a Benton County warrant for leaving the scene of an accident, no bond. Hood was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 25; Elizabeth Breitweiser, 29, was arrested on three Howell County warrants with bond set at $17,500. Breitweiser was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 25; Nathaniel T. Boswell, 28, was arrested on four Franklin County warrants and held in the Sullivan Jail on $6,000 bond.

Mar. 25; Bryan Lane, 26, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for tampering, bond $60,000. Lane was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 25; Cody Eye, 34, was arrested on a Gasconade County warrant for felony possession, bond $1,500. Eye was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar.26; Danielle R. Winterland, 42, was arrested on a Pettis County warrant for stealing, bond $5,000. Winterland was also arrested on a Sullivan charge of possession of a controlled substance in a jail and held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 27; Robert H. Warnhoff, 31, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for stealing and held in the Sullivan Jail on $500 bond.

Mar. 27; Landon M. Burke, 18, was arrested for alleged trespassing, disorderly conduct and property damage. Burke was held and released on a court summons.

Mar. 27; Andrea Blankenship, 43, was arrested on a Sullivan warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no insurance, bond $100. Blankenship was released on bond.

Mar. 27; Brandon Lane, 23, was arrested for driving while suspended. Lane was held in the Sullivan Jail and released on a court summons.

Mar. 28; Brian Bell, 27, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a firearm and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bell was held in the Sullivan Jail and released pending formal charges.

Mar. 28; Clay Wright, 40, was arrested for alleged driving while revoked and possession of a controlled substance. Wright was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 28; Ashley Lewis, 38, was arrested on Franklin County warrants for driving while revoked, bond $2,000 and St. Clair warrants, bond $900. Lewis was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar.28; Alexus B. Barquero, 24, was arrested on a Sullivan warrant for no valid license, bond $100 and Franklin County warrant for no valid license, bond $500. Barquero was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 28; Kavanaugh J. Pechmann, 55, was arrested on a St. Louis Metro warrant with no bond. Pechmann was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 28; Jimmy S. Whitnell, 32, was arrested for alleged burglary and assault. Whitnell was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 28; Taylor Turkington, 27, was arrested for alleged stealing/shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 350 Park Ridge Dr. Turkington was held and released on a court summons.
