Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made 16 arrests for the week of March 15 through March 21.

Mar. 15: Angel Johnson, 26, was arrested on two Crawford County warrants for possession of amphetamine. Johnson was held in the Sullivan Jail without bond.

Mar. 15: James Keane, 29, was arrested on two Franklin County warrant for possession of marijuana and possession of a dangerous drug. Keane was held in the Sullivan Jail with no bond.

Mar. 15: Oscar Grisham, Jr., 30, was arrested on four Franklin County warrants for driving while revoked, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, bond $25,000. Grisham was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 15: Felicia Knight, 33, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for possession of a controlled substance, bond $4,000. Knight was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 15: Cody Golden, 25, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for possession of a controlled substance, bond $4,000. Golden was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 16: Kyle Broadway, 23, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for alleged stealing of a motor vehicle and fraudulent use of a credit device. He was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 16: William Weber, 28, was arrested for alleged assault on a law enforcement officer and obstruction of an officer. Weber was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 18: Alan Golden, 50, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for possession of a controlled substance, bond $4,000. Golden was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 18: Joyce McClary, 49, was arrested on a Sullivan warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of insufficient funds, bond $100.McClary posted bond and was released.

Mar. 19: Dakota A. Ramey, 20, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for possession of a controlled substance, bond $2,500 and Sullivan charges for alleged resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia. Ramey was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 19: Jimmy Whitnell, 32, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of disorderly conduct, bond $100. Whitnell was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 20: Matthew S. Heckenberg, 31, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for domestic assault, bond $2,000 and Sullivan charges for alleged domestic assault,   possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Heckenberg was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 20: Jessica J. Hilborn, 28, was arrested on. Sullivan warrant for shoplifting, bond $366.50. Hilburn was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 21: Joshua Ackerman, 42, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for possession of amphetamines/ trespassing bond $4,500 and Sullivan warrants for eluding officers/obstruction and stealing, bond $475. Ackerman was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 21: Kyle Behrends, 32, was arrested own a Crawford County warrant for no valid license, bond $300. Behrends was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 21: Tyler Weekes, 27, was arrested on a Sullivan warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charges of shoplifting, bond $725.78. Weekes was held in the Sullivan Jail.
