Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made 12 arrests for the week of October 12 through October 18.

This week’s arrests were:

Oct. 12: Jessica D. Strosnider, 39, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance. Strosnider was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Oct. 12: Allen K. Stahl, 41, was arrested for alleged unlawful possession of drug parapenalia and distribution of a controlled substance. Stahl was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Oct. 13: Anthony Smith, 45, was arrested on the Sullivan warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no valid license, bond $200 and alleged charges of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Smith was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Oct. 13: Randal L.  Ramsey, 48, was arrested for alleged driving while suspended. Ramsey was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Oct. 13: Sommer D. Risinger, 31, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while suspended, and was also arrested for alleged driving while intoxicated and driving while suspended. Risinger was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Oct. 14: Oscar Grisham, Jr., 30, was arrested for alleged driving while revoked. Grisham was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Oct. 15: Danielle M. Davis, 21, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance. Davis was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Oct. 16: Kirk D. Lonas, 56, Indiana, was arrested on a Hancock, Indiana, warrant for U.S. Extradition for alleged child molestation. Lonas was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Oct. 18: Nicole L. Wagner, 37, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of trespassing, bond $100. Wagner was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Oct. 18: Richard A. Baumer, 26, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant with no bond and a probation and parole warrant with no bond. Baumer was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Oct. 18: Alyssa Manly, 29, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant and held in the Sullivan Jail on $100 bond. Manly later posted bond and was released.

Oct. 18: Joseph Williford, 35, was arrested on and active warrant from Cliton County, bond $2,500. Williford was held in the Sullivan Jail.
