Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made 17 arrests for the week of October 5  through October 11.

This weeks arrests were:

Oct. 6: Crystal R. Smith, 30, was arrested on a St. Clair warrant for expired license plates. 

Smith was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Oct. 6: Logan M. Wiese, 25, was arrested for alleged weapons charge and leaving the scene of an accident. Wiese was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Oct. 6: Nicholas D. Ryan, 46, was arrested for alleged possession of a firearm. Ryan was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Oct. 6: Sarah E. Gauvain, 22, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no valid license. Gauvain was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Oct. 6: Bryan A. Lane, 26, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charges of drug possession, unlawful use of a weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia and no seat belt. :Lane was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Oct. 7: Jeremie Treis, 44, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance. Treis was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Oct. 7: Storm Brown, 26, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance. Brown was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Oct. 8: Ryan C. Turner, 26, was arrested on local warrant for allegedly  failuring to return  leased or rental property. Turner was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Oct.  8: Dacoda J. Lawrence, 28, was arrested on a St. Clair warrant for alleged stealing. Lawrence was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Oct. 8: Nicholas Perfetti, 34, was arrested for alleged property damage. Perfetti was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Oct. 8: Dustin Schmidt, 28, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of trespassing, bond $100. Schmidt was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Oct. 8: Dustin Dunham, 36, was arrested on a St. Clair warrant and O’Fallon warrant as well as a Sullivan charge for alleged possession of a controlled substance. Dunham was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Oct. 9: Michael Burgess, 28, was arrested on a Washington County warrant for alleged child neglect, bond $25,000. Burgess was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Oct. 9: Jasen Thompson, 48, was arrested for alleged burglary. 

Thompson was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Oct. 9: Sarah Guvain, 22, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of possession of a controlled substance, bond $25,000 and a Sullivan Police charge of burglary. Guvain was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Oct. 10: Lonnell A. Dixon, 51, was arrested for alleged driving while revoked. Dixon was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Oct. 11: Jeremie E. Treis, 44, was arrested for alleged possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. 

Treis was held in the Sullivan Jail.
