Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report
The Sullivan Police Department made ten arrests for the week of September 21 through September 27.
This weeks arrests were:
Sept. 21; Bailey D. Elias, 23, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police charge of alleged stealing, Franklin County warrant for no seatbelt worn, bond $50 and a Byrnes Mill Police warrant for traffic violations, bond $250. Elias was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Sept. 21; Cory N. Laney, 35, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of operating a vehicle with a suspended license. Laney posted $100 bond and was released.
Sept. 23; Heather J. Beaver, 31, Sullivan, was arrested on an Owensville Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting, bond $186. Beaver was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Sept. 24; Christopher Lee, 35, was arrested on a Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of possession of marijuana. Lee was held in the Sullivan Jail on $378 bond.
Sept. 24; Edward B. Burke Jr., 23, was arrested for alleged burglary in the second degree. Burke was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Sept. 25; Joshua Ackermann 42, was arrested for alleged trespassing and property damage. Ackermann was held in the Sullivan Jail and released pending further charges.
Sept. 25; Amy Kaysinger, 46, was arrested for alleged trespassing and property damage. Kaysinger was held in the Sullivan Jail and released pending further charges.
Sept. 26; Raymond H. Dye, 41, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no valid license. Dye was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Sept. 27; Robert Warnhoff, 31, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of not insurance, shoplifting, and trespassing, bond $534. Warnhhoff was held in the Sullivan Jail.
Sept. 27; Danyelle White, 34, was arrested on a Sullivan warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while suspended, bond $100 and two active St. Clair warrants with total bond $2,315. White was held in the Sullivan Jail.
