Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police De- partment made 14 arrests for the week of August 10 through August 16.

This week’s arrests were:

Aug. 11: Anthony Michael Turner, 30, was arrested on a Cuba Police warrant, bond $100. Turner was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 11: Benjamin New- sham, 27, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no valid operators license and a pending charge of possession of marijuana. Newsham was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 12: Amber Whitnell, 29, was arrested on a Craw- ford County warrant and released on $10 bond.

Aug. 12: Karen Martin, 41, was arrested on a outstanding warrant from Wisconsin for probation violation, no bond. Martin was held in the Sulli- van Jail and later transferred to Crawford County Jail.

Aug. 12: Scott L. Fulker- son, 44, Villa Ridge, was ar- rested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug parapher- nalia. Fulkerson was held in

the Sullivan Jail on $4,500 bond and a Gasconade Coun- ty warrant for possession of a controlled substance, no bond.

Aug. 12: Michelle L. Fulk- erson, 43, Villa Ridge, was ar- rested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of displaying wrongful plates, bond $250. Fulkerson was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 13: Joshua J. Nevills, 45, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged driving while intox- icated. Nevills was held and released on a court summons.

Aug. 13: Christina M.

Quiroz, 34, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for alleged possession of marijua- na, bond $500. Quiroz was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 13: Amber L. Troxell, 27, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and trespassing on railroad property. Troxell was held int he Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 13: Rhiannon N. Douglas, 34, was arrested on a Sullivan warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, bond $100. Douglas was also ar-

rested for alleged possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, Douglas was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 14: Danyelle R. White, 34, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while revoked, bond $100 and Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of failure to register a motor vehicle, no insurance and driving while suspended, bond $1,250. White was held in the Sul- livan Jail.

Aug. 14: Amber Whitnell,

29, was arrested on Franklin County warrants for failure to appear in court on the charges of possession of a controlled substance, stealing less than $150 and shoplifting. Whit- nell was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 16: Kaylee B. Layton, 28, was arrested for alleged possession of fentanyl and drug paraphernalia. Layton was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Aug. 16: Brehdin A. Keyes, 23, was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Keyes was held in the Sullivan Jail.
