Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report
The Sullivan Police Department made eight arrests for the week of July 13 through July 19.
This week’s arrests were:
July 14: Joseph Willford, 35, was arrested on Clinton County warrant for non support, bond $5,500. Willford was held in the Sullivan Jail.
July 15: Margaret R. Novak, 46, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no valid drivers license, bond $100. Novak was held in the Sullivan Jail.
July 16: Elizabeth A. Newton, 36, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of speeding, bond $500. Newton was held in the Sullivan Jail.
July 16: David E. Franklin, 33, was arrested on a Franklin County probation violation warrant and held in the Sullivan Jail without bond.
July 17: Jason McFarland, 37, was arrested for alleged disorderly conduct. He was held in the Sullivan Jail and released on a court summons.
July 17: James Kennedy, 56, was arrested for disorderly conduct and released on a court summons.
July 19: Jeremy P. Harms, 22, Gerald, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no seat belt, bond $100. Harms was released on bond.
July 19: Brandon S. Evans, 28, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and careless driving, Evans was held in the Sullivan Jail.
