Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report
The Sullivan Police Department made 12 arrests for the week of June 29 through July 5.
This week's arrests were:
June 30: Tyler S. Weeks, 26, was arrested on two outstanding Sullivan Police warrants for failure to appear in court on the original charges of no valid license and stealing/shoplifting. Weeks was held in the Sullivan Jail.
June 30: Anthony D. Smith, 45, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for possession of dangerous drugs. Smith was held at the Sullivan Jail.
June 30: Teressa A. Bell, 23, was arrested for alleged shoplifting at Dirt Cheap, 771 North Service Road. Bell was held and released on a court summons.
June 30: Tori Fangers, 27, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for non-moving traffic violations, bond $500. Fangers was held in the Sullivan Jail.
June 30: Debbie Fangers, 60, was arrested on a Cuba Police warrant for trespassing, bond $47.50, and additional Sullivan charges of alleged property damage and possession of marijuana. Fangers was held in the Sullivan Jail.
June 30: Amber Whitnell, 29, was arrested on a Sullivan warrant for stealing/shoplifting Whitnell was held in the Sullivan Jail on $381 bond.
July 1; Nathaniel Leonard, 30, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for a non-moving traffic violation. Leonard was held on a $50 bond.
July 1: Oscar E. Grisham, 56, was arrested for alleged driving while revoked. Grisham was held in the Sullivan Jail.
July 3: Austin L. Cummings, 25, was arrested for alleged stealing, Cummings was released on a court summons.
July 3: James O. Burgett, 62, was arrested on a probation violation warrant District 36, with no bond. Burgett was held in the Sullivan Jail.
July 4: Dacoda Lawrence, 21, was arrested on a Sullivan warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of failure to maintain insurance and bond $100. Lawrence was held in the Sullivan Jail.
July 4: Andrew D. Cross, 31, was arrested on a Sullivan warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of possession of marijuana, bond $22.50; a Franklin County warrant for non-support, bond $20,000, and a Sullivan charge for alleged possession of methamphetamine. Cross was held in the Sullivan Jail.
