Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made 20 arrests for the week of Jan. 8 through Jan. 14 in the City of Sullivan.

This week's arrests were:

Jan. 8: Rhiannon Douglas, 32, Sullivan, was arrested on a St. James warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while intoxicated, bond $5,000; Rolla Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of stealing, bond $3,000; Desloge Police warrant for stealing, bond $500 and a Desloge Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of disorderly conduct, bond $500. Douglas was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 8: Toni R. Behrends, 45, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for alleged domestic assault, bond $250. Behrends was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 8: Debbie A. Slater, 41, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of property damage, bond $617.85 and a Crawford County warrant for traffic violations, bond $150. Slater was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 9: Richard Harland, 41, was arrested on a Gasconade County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while revoked, bond $1,500. Harland was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 9: Amber M. Wood, 27, Owensville, was arrested on Sullivan charges of allegedly resisting arrest and felony tampering with physical evidence. Wood was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 9: Desiree Ware, 34, Sullivan, was arrested on Sullivan charges for alleged possession of a controlled substance, counterfeiting, delivery of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Ware was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 10: Aarin E. Emann, 38, Sullivan, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for driving while revoked. Emann was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 10: Gary T. Pennington, 32, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for probation violation on the original charge of burglary in the second degree. Pennington was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 10: Angela M. Spencer, 42, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for family offense, bond $1,000. Spencer was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 11: Brett Barton, 28, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged violation of a protection order. Barton was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 11: Christine Graham, 34, Sullivan, was arrested for allegedly driving while drugged, endangering the welfare of a child, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to show proof of insurance. Graham was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 11: Megan L. Johanning, 22, Bourbon was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Johanning was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 11: Stephanie J. Johanning, 45, Bourbon, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest. Johanning was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 11: Danielle Knuckles, 29, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of displaying plates of another vehicle. Knuckles was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 11: Jacob Dobbs, 32, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of failure to maintain financial responsibility and a alleged charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Dobbs was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 12: Stephen M. Brocato, 30, Bourbon, was arrested for allegedly driving while revoked, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Brocato was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 12: Jamie N. Shelton, 27, Bourbon was arrested for allegedly trespassing, burglary in the first degree at Sullivan Wal-Mart, 350 Park Ridge Drive, possession of a controlled substance in a jail and possession of drug paraphernalia. Shelton was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 14: Kathy Eplin, 41, Sullivan, was arrested on a Arnold Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of traffic violations, bond $150; Phelps County warrants for two counts of driving while suspended, no bond and Dent County warrants for failure to appear in court on the charges of possession of a controlled substance, amphetamine, no bond, possession of a controlled substance, heroin, no bond, possession of marijuana, bond $100, theft under $500, no bond and driving while revoked, bond $5,000. Eplin was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 14: Amber M. Wood, 27, Owensville, was arrested for allegedly shoplifting at Sullivan Wal-Mart. Wood was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Jan. 14: Elizabeth N. Hathman, 27, St. Clair, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while drugged. Hathman was held in the Sullivan Jail.
