Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made six arrests for the week of March 16 through March 22 in the City of Sullivan.

This week’s arrests were:

Mar. 17: Andrew J. McCall, 20, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for driving under the influence, two counts of larceny and three traffic violations, bond $3,750.McCall was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 21: William O. Dietz, Jr., 42, Cuba, was arrested on a parole absconder warrant for parole violation on the original charge of dangerous drugs, no bond. Dietz was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 22: Richard A. Blankenship, 39, Bourbon, was arrested on Crawford County warrant for felony failure to appear in court on the original charge of possession of a controlled substance, amphetamine, no bond. Blankenship was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 22: Johnnie J. Perry, 27, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting, bond $635. Perry was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar.22: Justine E. Stockton, 36, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of failure to maintain financial responsibility and Crawford County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while suspended, bond $150. Stockton was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 23: Jacquelyne E. Rutledge, 41, was arrested on Sullivan warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while revoked and stealing, bond $200 and Crawford County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of traffic violations, bond $2,000. Rutledge was held in the Sullivan Jail.
