Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made 12 arrests for the week of March 10 through March 16 in the City of Sullivan.

This week’s arrests were:

Mar. 11: Robert L. Pierce, 38, Sullivan, was arrested for alleged shoplifting and a Franklin County warrant for felony forgery, bond $10,000. Pierce was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 11: Jasmine G. Parish, 22, was arrested on a Richland County warrant for aggravated assault, bond $200,000. Parish was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 11: Christopher Thomas, 37, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for non support and possession of narcotics, bond $55,500. Thomas was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 11: Benjamin E. Bigley, 32, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no insurance, no valid license, bond $150 and pending additional Sullivan charges of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. Bigley was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 12: Debbie M. Fangers, 60, St. Clair, was arrested on Franklin County warrants for failure to appear in court on the original charges of stealing, failure to register and driving while suspended, bond $5,000. Fangers was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 12: Shayne A. Dawson, 44, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance and distribution of a controlled substance. Dawson was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 12: Erica L. Fangers, 29, St. Clair, was arrested on a St. Louis County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of dangerous drugs, bond $10,000: St. Clair Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting, bond $1,000 and Franklin County warrant for probation violation, possession of dangerous drugs, no bond. Fangers was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 13: John-Paul Burke, 24, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for traffic violations, bond $225. Burke was held in the Sullivan Jail posted bond and was released.

Mar. 13: Tyler Weeks, 27, was arrested on Sullivan Police warrants for shoplifting, bond $740.43. Weeks was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 14: Shelly L. Weimar, 35, was arrested o Franklin County warrants for failure to register a motor vehicle, no insurance, failure to equip muffler, bond $2,500. Weimar was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 15: Shawn W. Leroux, 40, was arrested on Franklin County warrants for traffic violations, bond $225 and pending Sullivan charges for alleged possession of drug paraphernalia and inhaling fumes. Leroux was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 15: Richard L. Loughridge Jr., 45, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to register a motor vehicle, bond $420.50 and driving while revoked. Loughridge was held in the Sullivan Jail.
