Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made 12 arrests for the week of March 2,  through March 8 in the City of Sullivan.

This week’s arrests were:

Mar. 2: Hannah Bridgeman, 23, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting, bond $545 and additional pending charges of alleged possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful use of a weapon. Bridgman was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 2: Angel Johnson, 25, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for possession of amphetamine, bond $5,000 and pending charges for alleged possession of methamphetamine. Johnson was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 2: William Kelley, 32, was arrested on a Sullivan warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while revoked, bond $492.50 and pending Sullivan charges of alleged driving while revoked, no insurance and displaying plates of another vehicle. 

Kelley was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 2: Jeffrey A. Hilborn, 28, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting, bond $376 and Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting, bond $250. 

Hilborn was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 3: Rhiannon N. Douglas, 34, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant or failure to appear in court on the original charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, bond $100 and a Rolla Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, bond $300 and an additional charge pending for alleged possession of drug paraphernalia. Douglas was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 3: Sheena Wilson, 31, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of non moving traffic violations, no bond and a Crawford County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of leaving the scene of an accident, careless driving, driving while revoked and no seatbelt, bond $5,000. 

Wilson posted bond and was released.

Mar. 3: Nicole M. Ramsey, 33, Ste. Genevieve, was arrested on a probation and parole warrant for probation violation on the original charge of dangerous drugs, no bond, a Monroe County warrant for failure to appear in court on two counts of traffic violations, bond $550 and a pending Sullivan charge for alleged possession of drug paraphernalia. Ramsey was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 3: Joseph B. Kahmke, 43, Sullivan was arrested for alleged driving while revoked, possession of a controlled substance, distribution of a controlled substance and failure to register a motor vehicle. 

Kahmke was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Mar. 4: William N. Wheeler, 34, Springfield, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance. 

Wheeler was held in the Sullivan Jail and released pending formal charges.

Mar. 5: Kyle B. Broadaway, 22, Leasburg, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of shoplifting, bond $63,750. Broadway was held and released on bond.

Mar. 7: George N. Gibson, 47, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of failure to register a motor vehicle, bond $75. 

Gibson posted bond and was released.

Mar. 7: Holli R. MacDonald, 36, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of trespassing, bond $150. MacDonald was held in the Sullivan Jail.
