Sullivan Police Department Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made 10 arrests for the week of February 10 through February 16  in the City of Sullivan.

This week’s arrests were:

Feb. 10: Thomas Ryan, 39, was arrested for alleged domestic assault in the fourth degree. Ryan was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Feb. 11: Jared Gumpenberger, 24, Sullivan, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of resisting arrest. Gumpenberger was held in the Sullivan Jail on $250 bond and later released on bond.

Feb. 11: Tyler Inlay, 29, was arrested for alleged possession of drug paraphernalia. Inlay was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Feb. 12: Felicia Knight, 32, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no insurance, bond $75. Knight was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Feb. 12: Kyle Floyd, 30, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Floyd was held and released pending formal charges.

Feb. 14: Margaret R. Novak, 45, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no valid license, bond $100 and a Sullivan charge for alleged possession of a controlled substance. Novak was released on bond.

Feb. 14: Kameron L. Stidem, 21, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of no insurance and no valid license, bond $225 and a Sullivan charge of alleged shoplifting at Sullivan Wal-Mart, 350 Park Ridge Dr. Stidem was held and released on a court summons.

Feb. 14: Kyle A. Behrends, 32, was arrested for alleged trespassing in the first degree and peace disturbance in the first degree. Behrends was held and released on a court summons.

Feb. 15: Megan N. Mercer, 26, was arrested for alleged driving while suspended. Mercer was held in the Sullivan Jail.

Feb. 16: William M. Callahan, 30, Sullivan, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of non-moving traffic violations, bond $10 and Gasconade County warrant for non-moving traffic violations, bond $50. Callahan was held in the Sullivan Jail.
